📅 RTI Working-Days Calculator (Indian Holidays applied)

RTI Act §7(1) gives the PIO 30 days. Some authorities count calendar days; some count working days. The General Clauses Act, 1897 says any deadline falling on a holiday extends to the next working day. This tool computes both — and shows you the safe, defensible date to demand reply or file appeal.

Default rule: §7(1) uses CALENDAR days. But where the deadline falls on a Sunday or gazetted holiday, the next working day is the legal due date.
