If you chose AI mode, the description is then sent to an open-source LLM (Llama 3.3 70B via Groq's free tier, or local Qwen 2.5 as fallback) which produces a tailored draft grounded in the matched template. Your name, address, phone and fee details are merged in your browser and never sent to the AI. Output is a complete Section 6(1) application ready to file.
