+===== What counts as CPD hours =====
+**CPD (Continuing Professional Development)** is structured, documented learning that sits on top of daily job experience. This course delivers 30 hours across:
+  * **Reading** the module texts (~15 hours) — the core statutes and case-law analysis.
+  * **Watching** the module videos (~8 hours) — practitioner walkthroughs.
+  * **Doing** the module quizzes and drafting exercises (~4 hours).
+  * **Sitting** the final 60-MCQ assessment (~1 hour).
+  * **Working** through at least three drafting templates (~2 hours).
+Your dashboard tracks time-on-module automatically once you're enrolled.

+  * **Format:** 60 multiple-choice questions, drawn from all 12 quiz banks.

+===== What the certificate is NOT =====
+  * **Not a statutory qualification.** There is no Indian statute that issues or accredits RTI-specific CPD certificates — this is the case for all third-party CPD in this field.
+  * **Not a licence.** Holding the certificate does not authorise any professional function that is otherwise regulated.
+  * **Not a substitute** for your organisation's internal training mandate — use it as a **supplement**.
+Some training departments (state academies, PSU L&D teams) recognise external CPD certificates on a case-by-case basis. Please confirm with your organisation before claiming hours internally.
+===== Verification by third parties =====
+If someone (a reviewer, a recruiter, an auditor) wants to verify a certificate:

+  - The page shows the candidate's name, score, date, and "Valid ✓" status.
+  - If the candidate has cheated (we retain assessment logs) or if the certificate is revoked for any reason, the page shows "Revoked" with a date and a short reason.

+By enrolling, you agree:
+  * **Assessments are yours.** No collaboration on the final 60-MCQ. The quizzes during modules are open; the final is open-book but solo.
+  * **Cite, don't copy.** You may paste course materials into your work-product only with attribution to RTI Wiki's CPD programme.
+  * **Integrity review.** If we detect assessment fraud (multiple rapid attempts, identical answer patterns across accounts), we revoke the certificate and mark the verification URL accordingly. No refund.
